Have you any alternate of your present job? It is my suggestion first you search a job which pay you more than your present job.

I think you are very courageous to quit your job in this difficult period. I don't know if I had the guts to do this, because it is very hard to get a job nowadays. But if you are not happy and satisfied, then it is understandable.

Well I am planning to give more time to my online activities now. Because in online the earning opportunities are more than what I was getting offline. So I decided to take that decision. I know situation is difficult, but I have certain strategies to work out.

Thanks for your reply. Yes you are quite right, I will take some chance to make money online now. If that works well, I will need group of workers working for me. Though my plannings are well thought, but there is always risk associated with this kind of activity. And I am now in a position to take risk in my life.

Hi! Salary is a first aspect we concerned about. We are not satisfied if we are working hard but get less money. Now you have a new start, get the chance to have a better job, I wish you can find a satisfying job you are insterested and get satisfying salary to make your life better.

It is OK. I hope you will find another good job soon. Perhaps it is better to go out of an unsatisfied company rather than staying there and wasting your time. I love China

You just quit because the salary you expected was less. That's a lame reason my friend to quit a job. Many people are looking for work even risking to work in other unknown country just to have work and sacrificing their family left behind for the work. And you here were able to have a work. But quits. Your reason can only be valid if your employer and you agreed on the amount yet the employer pay you less from it.

Hi there. We have just studied about ethics yesterday(I'm a college graduating student). My teacher said if your not happy with your job then you should resign if you are sure that somebody will accept you immediately. Well, I think you have a good decision if there's a better job waiting for you. I hope you luck!
