Even in your busy schedule do you do some exercise and little bit of dieting, i know its hard for people who work too much and stress all that surely will lead you to skip your exercise or even follow a proper diet, but i think health is more important than your work, work too is necessary but a little bit of time you could also spend for your body health. For some people the work they do is equal to health anyway share your thoughts on it which is necessary and which is not?

For me, health is more important. You can't work though if your health isn't good, right.
Well, there's a lot of ways to exercise, specially for working persons. While, you're doing nothing, you can walk around the office. Still, walking is the best exercise.
You can even exercise when you are using ladders. It is much better to use ladders than elevators or escalators.
Well, for me, health is a big deal.

There are some people who are so lazy to even move their body and so far they will attain a big belly thats what i saw those who dont even care for health, every free time trying to do some exercise can only be good to health rather than watching time with a snack that does no good. Its a good choice to do health, without health we are nothing or even not capable to do anything of our own. thanx for postin.

hi,
for me i am more giving importance my heath rather than my work, because a person cannot work when he/she is not healthy, because that is an automatically weaknesses of a human,so give more attention to your health before the work, you can find many work but you cant find another body for you.

Well before, it was always about work, and nothing else. No social life, no concern about health. I didn't have time because I was constantly working. I have always worked job that had constant physical labor, which I thought wasn't a big deal because I am a big strong kid. I have lifted weights, which helped me get so big and strong. What was normal for me was considered freakish to everyone else. Let's face it, I didn't have the best diet either. Not that I loaded myself up with junk, it's just that when I got hungry, I ate. And I ate frequently. This body constantly needs fuel. I can't help I like being strong. But at work, I think I was being taken advantage of because of the strength. I suddenly found myself working on bigger and bigger projects by myself. At first it didn't bother me, but then I found out I was getting sick, which made me get weaker. Now, I am working on getting back to my old self with slight improvements. Okay, bigger and stronger than before. Once you put on muscle, it is almost like a craving for more. I don't like feeling weak, especially when one has monstrous strength. I have been so used to being strong that it was normal for me. This time, I am not going to kill myself working for another person. I am growing this beast for one person: me.

In modern life, people, who have luckily a job, are working a lot and need relax to fight against stress. A way to do this is practicing sport, p.g. swimming, yoga, cycling, etc.. I think health is more important than work, because without it you are no able to work. It's necessary to be healthy if you want to work well. Otherwise it won't works. :)

I think there should be balance between the two. Work is important but you have to make time to take care of your health. Without a healthy body, you won't be able to function properly in a work place. If you're sick, you won't be able to go to work.
