i'm really pissed off with my netbook. it doesn't respond to the cable connection in order for me to use the internet. whenever i disconnect and then connect it again, it always says "unidentified connection". i think i had done everything i could to fix the problem. i even followed the instructions on on how to troubleshoot it but it did not make any difference. hmm.. then i switch the connection back to our PC and then, bwaalaahh, it connected without any minutes wasted. i then disconnected it again and i connected it to my netbook, still "unidentified connection". i even check my connectivity and let my bluetooth and internet connection turned on, but still turned out to be a sad ending for me huhu. the last time i used our cable connection, it was doing fine, i connected to the internet without any difficulties like these.
do have any suggestions in dealing with this kind of problem?
you'd be a great help to me. thanks =)

i think the best thing to do would be to go to the retailer you bought your netbook from. they'll tell you what the problem is and get it fixed for free if you have the warranty still validated. good luck with it.

thanks thatgirl13! i was planning of doing that, however, what if i go there and my netbook start acting fine. i mean, what if they would not see the problem that i am encountering at home. haha. i would be ashamed when that happens haha. anyway, i would think it over. =)

hehe I wouldn't really care if it starts working all of a sudden in front of them. anyway since it doesn't work in your home i bet it wont work in their place too. if i were you i'd take it to them and ask them to fix it for free
