I agree with you IndiraGandhi University is the best way to do the open degrees and P.G.s But still many people are unknown to it. We have to know more info at our local universities.

Yes you are absolutely rite. Even though we have good universities here people search for good university outside....
Wakeup.. We have good university here as well..
