It appears that the Australian dominance in Cricket is over. They lost world cup, Ashes and test serial to India earlier. Now is the time for India to dominate the game.
Australia used to concentrate more on cricket earlier but now a days more on on field quarrels. They should quit this technique and learn the cricket tactics.

Australia definately dominated world cricket for over a decade and they had amazing players at that time in the likes of Hayden, Glichrist, McGrath, Shane Warne, Waugh, Langer, Bevin and many others. They were just an amazing unit and could take on any opposition and deserved to be called the best in the world. Most of the players reached their time for retirement and it affected Cricket Australia as they could not cope up with this big loss and also eventually neither has the proper bench strenght to cover up for this. As a result as time went by their dominance over the cricket world fell apart and nations like India, England and South Africa were amongst the top nations to topple Australia.
In cricket what we have witnessed over the last few years is that India has been playing good cricket and they are consistent. There are those situations when they faulter as you never can be perfect. Under the guidance of former Coach Gary Kirsten and Captain Dhoni India reached its peak and achieved what Indian cricket had never reached before. They won the inagrual T20 world cup, then they defeated Australia, Srilanka and several other nations and also achieved the number one status in tests. The most noticable was the recently concluded Wrold Cup in which many had written India off during the finals after they lost two quick wickets while chasing the target set by Srilanka. What a captains innings played by Dhoni who just took the game away from the co hosts. With so much talent in Indian cricket they will be a tough side to defeat in future and hope they do well in the ongoing series in England..
