My mobile is really irritating me,..!

Hi,i am using Nokia 3110c mobile for about a year now.Everything was great at the beginning.But,it started irritating me since 2 months.The problem is that it just won't switch on.When i try to do so,i just blinks three times and shuts down.I have taken it to Nokia Care and they installed new software and told me not to insert memory card for a week.I did the same,but,the problem has been the same.It worked right for 4 days and then the same.I took it again to those Nokia guys and they did the same and gave it to me.This time,i haven't inserted memory card at all.But,after about a week,every time i switch off and later turn it on,all my messages in inbox,drafts,sent items are gone.When i try to send any file using bluetooth it says operation failed.What to do guys?

Most cell phones are designed to last a year, two at most. The more you use your phone... the quicker it wares down. It sounds to me like you need a new phone. When you can't use it to do basic opperations and you've had it "repaired" twice... it's time to get a new one. Me, I usually make sure I have a warenty so there is no cost to replace it. But, they should've replaced your phone the second time. The hardware is worn out. Consider recycling it, perhaps an abused mother can use it or something.

have you tried to show the cell with any of the local mobile repairing shops? do not disclose that it was hospitalized with Nokia care. Just give them and explain the problem to them. They can give you a fair idea of what could be done and how much they will charge you to get it repaired. Yes, if again you speak to Nokia care people, please be a little stern just to let them know you are annoyed. Tell them to get it done free as you already paid them sometime back. On a lighter side, just dial them and say they better do it or you are going to file a case at consumer forum. sorry i only intended to ease you out.
Moreover, since all the messages are gone, why not go for a replacement as these days you get a variety of cells with multiple functions.

I had nokia 3110 for two years.Its display broke the second week after purchasing it,without me even dropping the damn phone.Whatever,I got it fixed,but the phone started to screw up the memory cards,and then the display broke again,only half of it this time.Other than that I really liked the phone.
