Hi friend. I think your heart suffers from an abnormality. You should go to your family doctor then have a check-up. You should also eat foods with omega9 like tomatoes. You should not eat foods with lots of cholesterol. Take care of your health friend.

Well, there's a lot of food rich in omega 3, one of it is fish. fish is good for our hearts. Olive oil also reduces heart disease, oats are good to lessen cholesterol that causes heart diseases. And there's a lot more foods rich in vitamins. Are you drinking too much coffee? I think coffee can also increase your heart beat. Before, I was drinking to much coffee and my heartbeat also Beats too fast.

It's a condition called tachycardia, or abnormally fast heart beat ( the normal count is 60 to 100 beats per minute), try counting when it occurs. It could mean a lot of things from simple stress, thyroid problems, to a serious heart ailment etc.., so it is best to seek professional help and consult your doctor so he can perform necessary tests, determine the cause and prescribe the right medicine for you, good luck

vikramsingh oh my dear mylotter friend we are not doctors and your heart is too serious a thing to fool around with. i guess you are iNdiah but still you have doctors there and let your doctor check you over and figure out why your heart is beating too fast. they will need to do an EKG to check if your heart is okay or has some problems then your doctor can help you to get back to normal again. so do go see him or go to an ER as you need a qualified doctor to help get you well.

Maybe try to keep a journal to see when this happens.. is it after you eat certain kinds of food? Do you smoke? It would probably be smart to check with a doctor. I notice my heart beating faster when I eat fast food. I sometimes had fast, irregular heartbeat due to stress and not enough sleep I think. It always went away after a few days though, so I never had it checked.

Hi friend. I think you need to take alot of satisfying water very often, maybe the problem is being caused by lack of enough water in your body. But for now its better your go for medical check up... to be sure of this.

What you experiencing right now is what happening in my heart past few days ago. I gained weight and due to my everyday routine my heart beats faster. My only advice is have a balance diet,do some exercise and avoid fatty foods.

check it out with a cardiologist to have a better understanding of your health. you will be given medicines that could somehow stabilize tachycardia. be there the soonest.
