First of all I want to know that is "Are you serious?"
Do you really want to lose weight, at any cost?
Because I am not writing here to pour water over a duck's back.
Ok let me tell then losing weight is not what you do, but its about how you do.
You have to put up with the strictness. If even after going through you are not able to lose weight then all you need is a slap on your bum.
Firstly let me clear whether you want to lose weight or lose "inches"?
Friends weight is very superficial. If you stop eating for consecutive 3 days, you will lose 2 kilos on the scale. So also, you take a laxative, you will remove water from your body and will lose 500 grams more. You can cheat weight but can not cheat "inches". I will advice you to do what you are doing to lose your weight be it hip-hop, salsa, zumba, afro-jazz, step exercises, kick boxing, isometric workout or rubbing your sweet bums and back on gym ball. Keep doing what you are doing but follow these additional guidelines.
1) Convince yourself that you need to lose weight.
2) Hang out with people thinner than you so that you will feel over weight.
3) Buy tighter clothes so that you realise how terrible your clothes look on you.
4) Take the negative comment about your weight in a positive way.
5) Go to bathroom. Shed your clothes including your undies. Stand infront of the mirror and see yourself. You can cheat the weighing scale and measuring tape, but you can't cheat the mirror.
6) Use exercise programmes as your outings with friends.
7) Go for a swim, walk or play a game of squash with them instead of dining at fancy restaurants.
8) Confront your mental baggage. About 80% of your body weight lies in your emotional issues.
Remember, you are beautiful, so don't ever be depressed. Girls beauty is just the external packing of what gift lies internally. So more than anything else you need to work upon your behaviour. Anyways, If you follow these guidelines I am sure you will attain what you yearn for. Good luck and good day.

As for me, sometimes yes and other times no.. hehe.. In times when I really feel big, I get serious with diet and excersice and my only means of excersice are jogging after work and walking home. At first, I thought that jogging after work would exhaust me more, but I was wrong. It make me feel more fit, energetic and away from stress. But in times when I feel that I have already lost enough weight, I tend to be lazy and the habit of eating more tends to come back. Waiting to be big again, then I return to excersice.
Maintaining weight really needs discipline. You won't lose weight unless you work for it. If you're the type that has difficulty in gaining weight, you won't gain it not unless you change your way of eating and excersice. :)
Happy mylotting.. Good day. :)
