Eating pork

Why we are still eating pork while it was clearly stated in the Bible that is not clean to eat? In Leviticus 11:7 - 8 it is written, can anyone do some clarification all suggestion are welcome

Not everyone follows the Bible literally, would be my answer.

How about some are saying I'm a christian and not following the bible literally what can you say about that we can say he or she a christian, it was clearly stated and written in the bible not to eat pork.

That commandment is no longer followed as the bible teach us. In the time of Christianity God clean all the unclean as stated in acts...

Actually dear that commandment in Leviticus 11:7-8 does not apply anymore in our modern days. We are no longer living under law but by grace. Nevertheless, if one is wise enough, he will not eat pork. Surely pork is a dirty stuff and I myself does not eat pork although I am not a Muslim. Pork is very unhealthy but still people like to eat port and could not be happy if they eat pork. Well let them eat and regret later.
