I had my fair share of losing or misplacing my mobile phone. It's inevitable, I guess, since I always use my phone everyday like any mobile user on the planet. Upon the my moment of lost, I usually lose my wits on trying to get it back or find some way to replace the missing gadget. After some time, I realized to let go and move on. I would only wish that the person who found my phone have the best intentions of using it (if they do) or in cash it if they are really broke. I could not fault them becuase it started with my forgetfulness and clumsiness. When I lost my phone once, I bought a new but older model. It somewhat a punishment for me and for teaching me a lesson about care for my possession. My mother, after 3 years, took pity and bought me a top-of-the line phone that almost never leaves my bag.

I once lost my mobile at work one day. Had no idea where I had lost it at. The ironic part about it was that my contract had expired with the carrier I was with, so I was free to switch carriers. When I lost it, I believe it was on a Monday. By Friday, at lunch, I had went and bought another phone with a different carrier. The most that I was upset about was some numbers that were gone.

Very very sorry to note that you have lost your mobile. Because, it is a very important gadget to every one of us,we take utmost care but sometimes we have to miss or loose it because of our hectic works. And once the phone is lost - it is a great loss as we loose the phone and also the important numbers -- too. There were days when we used to write these numbers in a small pocket diary but because of the modernisation of the technology even th diary vanished and is not be seen...

I've left my phone on a bus once before and also had it taken out of my back pocket when I was sitting down somewhere and not noticed until it was too late. Both times it was devastating, not because of losing the phone or anything like that but because of the loss of numbers, one or two that I couldn't actually get back and I have since lost touch with two people which hurts me quite a lot just to think about it now. It's very inconvenient when you lose a mobile but then not so much as losing your purse or house keys !

In the toilet! No I've never lost mine but did drop one in the toilet once. Had a friend that lost hers, I'd have gone absolutely bonkers had I ever lost mine! I'm not obsessed, i'm just... okay I'm a bit obsessed I admit, but not as bad as I once was. Remember that toilet incident? I screamed at my friends to take me to sprint so I could make sure the phone worked! hehe! Yeah I WAS obsessed!

no instance that i can think of. i always know where to put it, im a very forgetful person so i keep things just where they're supposed to be. my phone must be under my pillow before and after i sleep. i need it for my alarm to vibrate.. once at work, it's either in my pocket or in my bag/locker. i dont bring my phone in the kitchen when i eat or outside the house when i chill. im not a texter actually, i just use it for my alarms and listening to music.

Your response has made me to go to your profile just to know your age... as to why are you forgetting... You are young and growing up - so this is the right time and age to make yourself alert and be very cautious in your movements. This helps a lot in your elderly age. It all comes only by practice and not in a day or two.Do things suitable to you in a repeatedly way so that this acts as a pratcice to you and try to remember things... Try to improve yourself..it all comes by interest and a will to do.... Good luck in the future...and let your parents be comfortble with your movements.

Hi busybee10, my cell phone is one of my valuable necessities, for it's the most important communication device to enable me to keep close contact with loved ones. I always make sure that it's along with me when I'm away from home. Since I'm that much caring of it therefore I haven't come across such undesirable experience, losing my precious cell phone Have a nice day and happy posting

Yes, I've lost my mobile with the first cellphone number that I have for almost 6 years. I still can remember my old number up to now. Sad to say, I was not the one who have lost it but somebody else. I let somebody close to me bring it with her since she still don't have a phone at that time and but when she came back from a party she forgot where she last place it. I was so upset then, but it cannot be retrieve anymore. Well anyways, life must go on and I finally convince myself after almost a week of looking for it that it was gone.

Yes, I've lost my mobile before. That was when I was studying my first year in college. We are having our physical education and we are all required to go outside and live our things inside the classroom. While We are enjoying our PE, somebody stole it and got almost 4 cellphones and some wallet. I'm really scared that time, because that phone is a gift from my parents. I really dont know if Im going home or not. But thanks that the thief was catch but we haven't got our stuffs.
