How do you put ads/links in your profile

I see them on one of my friend's profile It looks like banners from other websites.
My question is how do you put those and do you get paid for those?

MyLot do not pay you for anything you do to your profile.
To put banners on your profile you need to create an HTML sortie, copy the code that the site will give you for the banner and paste it into the HTML sortie.
