euro to US dollars?

I want to try this game that pays to play sort of thing. It is called Dungeons and Treasures. It says it converts game currency to real euro. However, I live in the United States and need US dollars and not euro. So what can I do. Also is there any other games like this out there?

I haven't cashed out with D&T, but last I knew they do pay by PayPal. So you'll have no problem converting the euros to dollars -- PayPal is very global and fully capable of converting between currencies on the spot. I actually have been in the opposite position: I was investing in a game that used euros. I had no problem at all making a payment in euros even though my PayPal balance was in dollars. PP makes dealing with different currencies very simple.
