Some people believe that God created this world while other believe it was evolution which kept happening resulting into today's world which we see. What do you say? Are these two believes contradicting each other?

I believe God created that thing that kept changing and evolving into different lives and shapes. So far evolution cannot tell where life came from- its only tells of some kind of fusions of Whoever and Whatsoever to form Whatever that exist or existed on Earth.
The two theories don't contradict, its just the matter of The Creator and Enhancer.

I have been monitoring mosquitoes change and acquisition of attributes that render them immune to common insecticides. If we look into this we only find evolution into immunity of a kind for this mosquitoes. So by time, things change but they all need a 'life' before adapting to a certain environment.
Another thing, what makes viruses and pathogens become resistant to certain medication? just a small change- that is just a little potion of medicine used and there nature fuse to form a more better of germ than before, this makes them resistant.

God himself doesn't contradict evolution, but the Bible sure does.

That is very right. Actually the basis of this whole discussion is some lines in Bible contradicting evolution. As we know Bible is a collection of Scripts from many holy followers of Jesus. May be some one among them made a mistake or could not put his experiences appropriately.
