where to get free debit card online?

I need to have a debit card.. where shall i get one online? do you have any idea? please share it..thank you!

Most of the Filipino here in mylot are using EON Card. A card you can use of your Online Transaction like withdrawing your money from Online to ATM. EON card is a type of card under Union Bank.

Of course my brother Paypal is linked on his EON Card by Union Bank.

but in some countries ,you can apply online..but maybe in my case..maybe my option is to go to the nearest bank here...

A debit card comes only with opening of a bank account. If in ur country a bank account can be opened online do it and then wait for debit card. In India we normally go the bank branch, open account and we are given debit card immediately.this can be used in ATM, shops.
