We all know the benefits of water in our body--that it is critical to the optimal functioning of every cell. It does not only act as a means of transportation of essential nutrients to all cells, but involved in a host of chemical reactions, as well as maintenance of the body's temperature. if we don't drink enough water everyday, we are less than fully hydrated, which can lead to feeling of fatigue.

Now you reminded to get a glass of water and drink. So maybe that's why I always felt tired and low in energy this past few days. It's been hot nowadays and I sweat profusely, and if I am not sweating I urinate often. Maybe I'm just dehydrated that's why I get tired easily. Thanks for this reminder. I'm drinking a glass of water as I am responding to this discussion now.

Yes, it is true that water rejuvenates and replenish us. Without proper water intake our body will have difficulties of flushing out the toxic in our body. If we sweat, that means we need to drink more so that our body can still get the right amount of water that our body needs.
Especially for me now that I am pregnant, I really drink lots of water for my baby and for myself. It helps to get my amniotic fluid right, carries the nutrients to my baby, flushes out urine to keep me away from Urinary track infection and being constipated.
Although we just need to be careful of what we drink so be sure to only drink clean and purified water. Normal drinking of water is 8 glasses of water daily.

Without question, life activity can't go without water, because Life originated from water. However,in hot summer ,we drip with sweat which takes away loads of water and minerals. The lack of minerals is one of the reasons that makes us feel fatigue, so we must replenish our body with both water and minerals such as Potassium, sodium ,etc.

Yeah.. I totally agree with you. Lack of water intake causes fatigue. Undeniably, there are a lot of people who can't drink plenty of water as much as the recommended intake.
Me, myself, I really try my best to be able to drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. I tend to urinate from time to time but I'm fine with it. It does not bother me at all because I know that it is for my own benefit.
I hope people will also try their best to drink the recommended daily intake of water. I hope they'll realize that it's for their own sake. :)

I agree. Now that its summer, I also found myself drinking more water than I used too. Strange my husband who hate drinking water also asks for a glass of water and keep refilling it up. Water is always good for our health and Im happy im not having problems drinking water.

Yes that is very true. But we should also be aware of water toxicity. Every "too much" is bad so as with water. but it is really very helpful to hydrate our body to deliver supportive oxygen to our brain and to all systems of our body...

Well I totally agree with you. We have to remember that the body is at least 60% water. When you do activities everyday, you body becomes active and loses fluids in the process so we need to replace it by new water content. It also helps in cleansing our body, making it fresh and light.
