Due to stress my body retains too much water, you can not get out. I need a diuretic mineral water or mineral water. I can not find a suitable, since they usually say the kidney functions help but are in fact very salty (so no direct effect on amount of pee) and do not have a diuretic effect. In Italy I've become slim in a week thanks a water that is not to be found, alas! Water specialist is someone here?

water changes from place to place.
its not easy to get used to very soon.
its all depends on your adaptability.

Mineral water is water that contains minerals (compounds formed through geological processes) that affect the taste and has a therapeutic value.
Pure water: water that has only just H20.
So, better use of mineral water!

Only one mineral water, which contains more potassium than sodium helps to dehydrate the body. But you can also support the fruit and vegetable diuretic effect. Virtually all common fruits and vegetables have an excess of potassium. Particularly high in potassium is inter alia present in potatoes, bananas and pears.
But please take extra distance of potassium supplements. (Unless the doctor has prescribed you) overdose can lead to irregularities of the heartbeat and circulatory collapse. Especially with kidney disease need to be careful, because the kidneys can not eliminate the potassium and excrete.
Addendum: Actually, all bottled water have more sodium than potassium. But there are also varieties that one can describe as low in sodium.
