Requested Payment but didn't recieved money from OnBux.

Yesterday i reached $4 in onbux which was my amount to be paid out.I requested to be pay out.It asked my pin and method of payment etc.But i have not recieved my mone.My paypal account is also verified one and i have made payment twice through the same account.my balance has got reduced but i have not recieved my money yet.
WHat to do??
Someone please help me...

There is no way. Onbux is a good example of a genuine site turning to be a scam. I also have $15 yet to be paid....

But those sites support only alertpay,which is not helpful for people in india...

I never received the $3.00 dollars from them and they turned itno a scam, but I've found sites much better than Onbux so I've allready earned that money back.
