What's the best way to lose those extra pounds?

I have tried almost everything including exercise. However exercise doesn't come easy to everyone just like me. I can't seem to keep it up so sometimes I mixed it up with other methods like extreme dieting, taking supplements, going for expensive non-invasive procedures, etc. After a roller coaster ride, I was able to lose some pounds but it's not enough. I need to lose more if I want to reach my target weight. How do you do it? How do you maintain or lose those extra pounds?

I think one of the most important things to do is be careful not to overeat. It's easy to eat to much, but avoiding this is a good idea. You don't have to starve yourself, but never stuff yourself. Also, you should try to avoid snacking throughout the day. Of course exercising and eating healthy is a good idea too. Just set a goal for yourself and you will make it.

I have tried: Eat less Drink calcium fortified drink Eat cucumbers and tomatoes Drink more than 2 litters of water everyday drink coffee and sleep less = I lost 5kg but I don't know which one actually work.
