Health is not everything, but everything is nothing without health. Although it makes much joy sport to watch, who wants to be fit, slim and psychologically well, must move itself regularly. Many take it forward and do not do it. Our body needs exercise and everyone must discover for themselves what the sport is the right one.
Stamina? Relaxation? Or would you prefer power? The ideal of sport is not hard to find - when you know its benefit and to whom it fits. Here some examples: cycling, jogging, fitness, football, handball, basketball, aerobics, voleyball, boxing, yoga, horse riding, golf...
Jogging and swimming suits me. What about you?

hi im kinda sporty person since i was young but i when got busy with my worked and get married i don't have time to played any sports...actually our health is our wealth, if we dont have a good health we don't have wealth, because we cannot do anything we were handicapped and sicked.....you're right that we should have some sports activities, but i guess we should choose what we love to do or play so while we were playing the sports at the same time we were enjoying it no because we need to played or we obliged to do it, because we would easily get tired and got boring on it.There were lots of sports we can choose like for me i love playing volleyball , badminton and table tennis, i think even every day i do it i would not got tired or got bored because i really enjoyed with this sports...

I have never been into Doing any sport. I'm in shape , round! if I thought I Had to do sports or I would be considered psychologically unfit , I would say so be it! I'm sick and I will remain so.I'm used to being " powerless". i
prefer to watch sports.
