I don't wish to choose any of them. I hope and PRAY to have a happy marriage. I feel sad whenever I see couple breaking down .:(

Okay, you want marriages to have a contract. Ok fine. So what happens to the kids after 5 or 10 years? Should we just draw lots on who's going to have who? or perhaps we could return the kids as well?
It's okay if the marriage is childless because two immature adults getting into marriage could just end it right-then-and-there and nobody would be affected (well at least not affected severly).
However, if you're trying to say that marraige should have an expiration date or an end, what do we do with the kids???
I think people who think that way are just selfish. They don'y care what these innocent people (who didn't choose them to be their parents) would feel. I mean, just put yourself in their shoes, how would you feel if you see your parents fighting and ending up divorced. Then you are thrown from one parent to the other and mixing with their new kids. How would that make you feel? Do you think it's fun to have 2 households?
I don't think so.
