Should we comb our hair or brush them?

I personally prefer combing over brushing my hair because when i brush my hair i do feel it is giving rough texture to my hair, and by using comb i do feel calm in my scalp.
one advantage of brush is that we can easily remove the tangles out, but i would than also prefer wide tooth comb over hair brushes....
What do you think which one is better to use?

I don't know which one is better but I enjoy using both. Whenever I use a brush, it makes me feel like a Victorian lady. I feel more like a woman. So I like using it. While using a comb, it feels more convenient. I like using both.

I guess its a preference. I love a brush to do my hair. Feels good on my scalp.
I have bad childhood memories of a comb so that is probably WHY I prefer a brush.
In fact my memories of my mom pulling tangles out of my long hair with a comb and hurting my head, I don't even have a comb in the house.
