I am 19 years old, So could you suggest me,what should i eat?

i am 19 and my weight is 57 and my height is 5.8and a half..i am smart and do take healthy food.....as i had studied food and nutrition for 4 years , so i m very well know which food contain which nutrients....all i want to know is which food i should take at which time...like fruits and raw vegetables are not good to eat at night because at night digestion get slows and fruits and vegetables want more energy to get digest.... as we all know that plain flour is enemy for us,,but now every think is made up of this like cakes,loaf,piza,bread,biscuits etc so i do use whole weat flour and i use it in forn of porridge or a chappti,but i do feel heavy by eating this and at a same time it is the only thing which could cure my starvation..

I'm a little confused on your measurements. I believe you are using kg for weight but feet and inches for height. At least I hope so because a 57lb 5'8" person is very underweight and at a very dangerous level health-wise. As for your topic I really like to use oat flour in recipes that call for wheat flour. All I do is I buy oats in bulk and use a blender to crush them into a powdery form. Then I use it like flour in my cooking. The only big difference is when you use it for baked goods it tends to crumble a bit more but I like the taste of it better. I even mix the two flours to get a better consistency in recipes. ya it is 5-8 feets and 57 kgs.

I just like to give you some idea about eating fruits. It's better to consume fruits before any meal than after meal to get the maximum benefits from it. And you need to have four to five servings of fruits for a day for healthy living.
