dravid deserves the bharat ratna more than tendulkar

I have lost count of the number of times Rahul Dravid has rescued India from seemingly hopeless situations and the number of times Tendulkar has failed in a crisis.The quality of one's achievement must be gauged from its importance and significance in a given condition.If records alone are the yardsticks for awards then i am sorry its not fair.Frankly I feel Dravid deserves the award more than Tendulkar.Its a pity that this gentleman cricketer never get even a fraction of the accolades that Tendulkar gets

I think you are right my friend. many times dravid saved india from trouble condition. he stands as a wall when team required.Also dravid records are not less than tendulkar.
this guy is also a safe filder & has world record of max catches. the sensiority, dedication & gentleness of this guy are also positive aspects. he deserves for bharat ratna.

Dravid is all season player who will do well on any pitches at any number he bats. he is more versatile than tendulkar.

I have no comment against Tendulkar but wish to say that dravid also has the all qualities of Tendulkar. Dravid would offer his best if he had the chances to... he was ignored by the selection board very often, otherwise he is not less than Tendulkar. Perhaps you know that India has lost only two test match where Dravid scored a century but there is an opposite result for Tendulkar.
I think they both deserve Bharat Ratna and Laxman should be included.

Tendulkar no doubt has done India proud. But in comparison Dravid has rescued India more in a crisis. Also he is prepared to bat any position if the situation demands. Tendulkar i dont think have ever opened for India

yes you are right dravid always stands as a wall infront of our cricket team when they extremly needed and i also feel dravid deserves award more than tendulkar. It is not great to make runs in easy way but it is important to stand on pitch when we need to survive and win,and Dravid do always in our bad time.

yes Dravid is perhaps one of the few cricketers who has achieved name and fame and yet remains modest. His achievement s are par excellence.He never shrugs his responsibility towards his team. A great cricketer and a great person
