First time I bought Fallen by Lauren Kate because I needed something to read while I was travelling by train. When I started reading this I couldn't stop till I finished whole book. This is a great story about condemned love of fallen angel and a girl. She is always dying while he is kissing her first time. And he has to find her again and again as she reincarnate to different life. That situation is going on few thousand years as they don't know how to break this curse.
Second part of the series Torment also was really good and of course when I started reading it I couldn't stop till I finished. Third part Passion was really surprising as our lovely couple is really close to resolve their problem till someone decided to complicate their life even further. The last part will be available on spring 20012 and I'm so angry that I have to wait so long.

I have to be honest, I've never heard of these before but they sound good. Spring 2012 isn't so far away, especially not compared to some books!
Fans of Eragon, by Christopher Paolini have a massive wait between book 3 and book 4. Book 3, Brisingr was released in September 2008, and book 4 is due to be released in November of this year!
You could try finding another series to read until late this year, then re-reading this series in preparation for the release of the next part, that way you'll be distracted from how long you have to wait.

It depends what sort of books you like. I've never read Fallen, so I can't offer anything similar but according to Wikipedia they're young adult fantasy novels.
Other popular YA fantasy series include the Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Claire, the Eragon series by Christopher Paolini and the Hunger Games trilogy (which are more sci-fi than fantasy, but HUGELY popular and set to be made into a film).
If it's more the romance aspect you enjoy, any of the supernatural style romance trilogies by Nora Roberts would probably be a good bet (eg the Three Sisters Island Trilogy, The Sign of Seven series etc).
