Paypal verifying help

Hi guys, i have a paypal account which i have verified with my bank account but when i tried to withdraw money to my bank account paypal asked to link my debit or credit card and when i tried to link my debit card paypal showed that credit card refused by bank. So guys please help me, why is paypal showing like this and do we need to have internet banking enabled on the bank account for this purpose, i have a Punjab national bank debit card and am from INDIA. So guys if anyone of you have withdrawn money from paypal to your bank account please help me.

Its realy strange.i too hav paypal a/c and my bank a/c which i have added is SBI and in start they too asked me for debit or credit card bt now i don.t need tht bcoz my bank a/c has been verified.so if you havn.t verified ur bank a/c then they are right asking to you.if you hav verified ur bank a/c then i would like to know the process u made.

I have verified my bank account on paypal, but when I tried to withdraw money to my PNB bank account then my account was limited and in the resolution centre it showed 'confirm your credit card'. Have you been able to withdraw money from your paypal account to your bank account.

Listen my friend.it depends on how you have verified ur bank a/c.bcoz when paypal verified my a/c then they send me 2 amount to my bank a/c via NEFT.and then i had to enter them to my paypal a/c to verify my a/c and now i can withdraw as much i want.i don.t need any credit or debit card.perhaps ur bank a/c is not fully verified.try it again or wait untill paypal do it.

I have verified my bank account on paypal by entering the two small amount of money they deposited to my account. In the overview of my account it says account has been limited due to unusual login activity, but the warning came only after I have tried to withdram my money.

I have a debit card of Punjab National Bank and it has a logo of Mastercard on it but then also they are not accepting it.

I am from India and withdrawn money from my paypal account to my SBI a/c. But before that I had to verify my Paypal a/c. For verifying Paypal a/c I have used VCC (virtual credit card) from a money exchanger.

You have to ask the bank whether the debit/credit card allows paypal withdrawal fee $1.95 If yes, then the account will be verified, friend.

If you verify your account with a credit card you usually do not have problems withdrawing money to your bank account. I do not think paypal allows verification through debit cards for indian bank account. I verified my account using a credit card and have no problems withdrawing money into my bank account. You can use VCC too but they are valid for a limited time so once they expire i do not know if you have to get a new one when you want to withdraw again.
