Can you name this movie?

A friend and I were talking movies and I started to tell her about his movie I watched years ago. I would say maybe 10 years, but even when I watched it I'm not sure if it was new, it was on tv. I can't remember any of the actors in it which is why I can't find the name of it now. It is about a couple that decides to bring in another woman to spice things up. I think it was the husbands idea. So when it happens the wife discovers that she really likes it. So they keep inviting the woman back but each time the husband is involved less and less and then one night he comes home to find his wife and the woman together. His wife likes it so much she goes around seducing the whole neighborhood. She is talking to one of her other married neighbor friends and all the sudden starts kissing her and then just keeps going through her neighbors. Does anyone know what movie this is. I was thinking the title had something to do with jealousy.
