Best college for 1yr MBA or PG in correspondence/Distance Education in Chennai?

Hi Mylotters. I am from Chennai. I had finished Mechanical Engineering 4 years ago and currently working in a Shipping management company. I would like to do one year MBA or PG in Management or Industrial in Chennai.
Which College in Chennai is best which offers "one year MBA or PG in management" without Entrance tests? Fees should be nominal (not to exceed Rs 40K or max 50K).
I dont need 2 years course (because of some family problems). I can only do one year course.
Please help i am confused.

As per my Understanding Indira Gandhi National Open University is the leader in the distance education and it provides the guidelines to the other universities in the field of distance education.
They have a MBA program and probably a post graduate diploma program as well.
IGNOU MBA should be under your budget
Sikkim Manipal University can be a solution as well, though i am not sure about the fee
