Facebook is social or commercial website?

Well, Facebook is a social networking site for me. Its commercial aspect its due to its popularity. Businesses take advantage of the viewership that Facebook receives but ultimately, it is a social website.

It's what you want it to be, you're in charge of what it is to you. You can indulge in the commercial side, or just stick to the social aspect. I like to do both.

Right now Facebook to me is rather a commercial site than a personal one. I use to shop for goods or items for cheaper prices. My account is only used for that.. Most on the friends list over on that account are online shops, some hobbyists.. I really don't do any socializing over there. I'd rather keep in touch with friends over the landline phone or cellphone with text messages....
