There's nothing more fullfilling than be an activist or volunteer. I think life it's not about pursuing careers, rich and fame, it's about to grow as a spirit. To help a life, it doesn't matter if it's human, animal or vegetal can bring happiness to one's heart.

I listened to a lecture about animal rights and naturalism. Wow , that lecture really shocked me !!!
I saw the horrors. every cow , every pig are suffering every day like slaves , like they have no soul and all of that is for the sake of food industry.
this lecturer named Gary Yourofsky , he really has something important to say.
You better read about this person who fight for animal rights , he says we are basically not supposed to eat meat , our digestion system is not built for it naturally. we also don't need any milk or milk based food , especially when it comes from the cow. we need only our mom's milk when we are babies.
If we buy meat and milk based foods , we actually pay murderers to keep slaving cows , abusing them and killing them.
I almost stoped eating meat and milk things. I eat it really few.

I identified agree with you! All living things is equal. We must treat them in the same way, no matter he is a human beings or an animal. Animals have the same feeling as human's, like happy, sad, fear, love. How can we hurt them in so cruel ways.
I hate fur-clothing, shark's fin, full-fight, especially can't understand so many people eat dogs and cats in China and Korea. I feel so irritated. Acatually the animal experiments or eat pig, beef, goat, etc is cruel either. I became a vegetarian and I hope more and more people can protect these animals.
