slim belt it is reducing your body size or your body weight?

Slim belt is supposed to reduce your wasteline and fat around your belly. If it doesn't work that way, it is probably defective or just another marketing fraud that make unsubtanstial/ outrageous claims with intent to cheat if you find out your body size is shrinking or your weight remain unchange instead of your body fat to weight ratio alter.
