What kind of woman the man would like to marry?

Generalisations make no sense when it comes to relationships: everyone is different. I look for intelligence before beauty and for that matter, what I consider beautiful might well be ugly to someone else. I know a guy who married his wife purely because she's gorgeous (to him) - and now he's bored with her because she's thick as a plank. But then he's an idiot, anyway.

of course. that absolutely right. if you married, you not just married her body, but his soul to. and you need someone who alway's beside you in happy time or sad.

I actually think it goes both ways. I mean its not just the men who would do it, but also women. I think I should add "some" next to those gender groups. Not all men wish to marry wise women. Some actually prefer the opposite. Let's talk about them. The men tend to think that if a woman is easy she will not remain faithful in marriage. Perhaps, that is why, they choose to go for the "good" girls. Women do the same, but the reason is a bit different. They first run after the bad boys. It gives them a thrill to chase such people because winning one of them equals to winning an Olympic gold medal. But players do not like to stay in one location. They have a need to tour around the globe! So the women heartbroken and getting older decide to settle for the nice/wise guys.

Every individual is different, we have our own way of thinking.Let's say about beauty we differ on how everyone perceived it.Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.A girl may look beautiful to someone but not to others. I think men choose women according to their preferences, some prefer beauty just to display their wife but other men marry their partner out of love even she is not beautiful.So I guess it differs, my wife looks beautiful for me but others may taught not but I love her the way she is.Thanks for sharing my friend.

i've come to spy and see what you men are saying here. i am pleased to see that most of you have come to the conclusion that all women are different, and it depends on who you like. otherwise there could be a very long queue at one woman's door.

Choice differs widely from man to man. therefore almost all men and women get a partner ultimately barring a few.
