Remove Contant stress

I'm currently going with constant stress because of many reasons. I'm always thinking about anything & even can't getting any results. Even during studies & going to bed think about something. I tried many times to stop rubbish thinking but can't get out of it always.

Why stress yourself for things that you shouldn't? Avoid thinking so much. It's not good for your health. Try to relax,and instead of thinking why not come to mylot and express your feelings and emotions here. Mylot is a great place to stress out and vent out whatever is in your mind. Why not convert your stress into money while mylotting and earning have a good day always jaiho®

hi jaiho2009, I like to visit mylot instead of facebook. I feel free here to share my feelings. I shared many things here too. You can see my home page. I need to know how can avoid thinking too much? Every time I think about any topic. You can also think how it can be done but I think too when I'm taking a nap, isn't it funny? Limiting your stress is the most important thing you can do for your health. Trust me heavily on this one! Sometimes we have to make huge lifestyle changes to get that stess down to manageable levels, but start slow and take a few things off your work plate and see what happens. Good Luck!

You should change your mindset! Not everything you do should bring you stress! Remember, you are actually far more blessed than a lot of people. You actually study while a lot of children don't have a chance to go to school but you stress about it! You actually go to bed everynight while other people sleep at streets every night and you stress about it! Stop thinking that way. You should be happy to what you are doing and experienceing now.

I have a full-time job, and it is really very stressful, handling and managing so many different things in the course of the day. When I get back home, I feel so exhausted and stressed. One way I have found that very much relieves the stresses of the day is meditation. Practising meditation is very much helpful for the relaxation of the mind and getting rid of the mental stresses.
