What do you guys/gals think about the President of the United States having the option to pull the plug on internet access if he feels its needed?

Whaaaa......? Where did you hear this? I don't think the USA President is even allowed to do that, since the USA is a democratic company, just like our Canadian PM can't do that either. Everyone would be up in arms, especially big corporations.
Do you have a news article we can look at?
