Flood at Cebu North Reclamation Area

Have you witnessed the flood at Cebu North Reclamation area? Many got stranded. Drivers had difficulty in maneuvering their jeepneys. Even private cars' machine gave up. Water gets inside the machine. It just proved that mother earth is polluted. Too many trashes to clean back when nobody cares.
