triond versus shvoong

i know some of you did not know exactly about shvoong...but for me shvoong is my money machine....
iam member of triond too..but i think i never found how to get much money from triond...i also lost my motivation write in triond
anyone had ever know both of this site

thanks to you i went to shvoong. That also happens to be from newyork. Are u able to make more money in shvoong --of course it will be more than triond. how do u compare that with mylot experience. good day.

hai ravisivan...for me, mylot is not good for making much money...ya, mylot is legit site and trusted site...but not about amount, maybe because i am not active like many mylot users...
shvoong can give me until $50 even now i did not write anymore...it become pasive income for me...

I have not seen Shvoong,someone suggested here,about 2 weeks ago hat I check out triond.I have written 20 articles.My last 3 articles took over 24 hours to publish and had also taken 4 to 6 hours to even show up in he pending list.
Also the last 2 have shown up in a box on my dashboard showing that they are published and that 4 or 5 people from Triond have viewed them,bu no in he published list under content,so I can share them with others,where I seem to get most of my viewing from.

It takes me hours to research for the imformation,pictures hat fit the article as well as write it.And I have only been able to make 13 cents!

I've listened about triond, but I haven't used it yet. But Shvoong is a great site which I use since 2006 and they really pay out.

Mate, we are sailing in the same boat as far as Triond is concerned. I had got some articles rejected even when I wrote them in good quality and of course, they were unique, no question about that. But when I submitted the same articles on different sites, they did get accepted. It is not as if the other sites were not particular about quality or plagiarism.
Yes, Shvoong will accept so-so articles too. I don't know their current terms as I have not been so active there. But I am not happy with their share of the earnings, personally. Just 10% of the amount is too low in my opinion.

No, it is not like what you are saying - $1 for 1000 views. In that case I have got close to 10,000 views but my earnings are too minimal to speak of. What I say is, whatever the total earning of the site, you get only 10% of that amount. If the earning is $1 you will get only 10 cents. But I cannot explain if the 10% amount is calculated on the profits or the entire earnings, but it's 10% for sure.

I am a member of both the sites. Actually I joined Shvoong first and then Triond. But my experience with Triond is not good at all. It hardly accepted my articles in spite of writing them error-free. Readability errors is what they often told me. I happened to me meet one such friend from Triond who is a senior member there. He had a look at my articles and then he told me, there are poorer quality articles than mine on Triond and yet they are live there.
So, that disheartened me a lot and I left it for good.
As far as Shvoong is concerned, I am surprised how it can be a money machine for you. It pays only 10% of the amount to the writers, if I am not wrong. I think, the share might be low due to the fact it is just a summery site and not something creative writing. Still, 10% is tooooo low today. However, I have 80 odd summaries live there. But I think, reaching the $10 payout is too difficult there.
By the way, what's your id there?

I have tried both sites as well, and Triond never paid me, so I can't say I am very happy with them. I have had great results with Shvoong as well though, so between these two, I would say Shvoong all the way!

I am a member of Triond as well. I am okay with Triond and I have received a few small payments from them. Nothing to brag about, but I have plans on attempting to use this site more then I ever did Triond.
Puccagirl : Have you checked your payment method information? Made sure your Paypal e-mail was entered correctly if that is how you want to be paid? $0.50 minimum to be paid via PayPal. Every other method I believe is $50.00.
