Fenugreek is among the most popular herbs used today.

I have read about it a long time back and I know of the health benefits and thank you for reminding me. Because I am pregnant and I surely need it during labour because I will be due this september. My only problem is if it is available. I'll ask my mother and do research as to how it looks like.
