Gecko for AIDS

Recently, as i was scanning through Facebook, i came upon a page that sells geckos of all sizes and kinds... a few clicks from other links sent me to a variety of gecko sellers. and they sell it at such expensive prices. i started to ask why there are so many gecko sellers and buyers. we have lots of geckos in mu grandparent's house, which are very active, especially during at night, and i find it really gross. but then a friend of mine said it cures cancer, asthma, and AIDS? AIDS??? it finally has a cure??? does anyone know why people are really interested in geckos? and is it true that they cure AIDS?
