Lies

What types of lies are there? Why do people lie? Is it ok to lie in some instances? If so, under which circumstances?

The most common and practiced by everyone is probably white lies. I think a white lie is a good lie as long as it does not get out of control.

I would agree with a special focus on that the "not getting out of control"-thing, though.

There are lies that are really bad and there are white lies. White lies are lies you make up in order to protect somebody or something from getting hurt or broken. But whatever type of lies they are, i am not really good at them. I can easily be detected if i lie. And when caught, i would tell the truth, because my conscience cannot keep it.
