I was surfing on the internet and I saw one video about anime. It is not just anime. It is all about the life of Jesus Christ. All the life of Jesus Christ is being animated in Japan Anime Style. Have you seen this anime? Since Japan anime is all over the world, what more if it telecast this Japan anime all over the world? I am sure children, adult, believers and non-believers would watch this anime and I do not know when it will telecast because I am also interested of what would it be like if it already shows on TV.

I haven't seen it, but I know a manga about Jesus and Buddha sharing a flat in Tokyo as young buddies, and I found it pretty fun It's called Saint Young Men, in case you're interested. Japan is mostly an atheist country, so when there's any kind of animation about a religious topic, isn't out of belief, but just as a way to choose an exotic topic.

There seems to be a lot of religion in anime but it tends to get mixed up, and of course the supernatural stuff tends to be true. A lot of anime have shrine maidens as characters, I think that's from Shito. Stein's Gate even has a male shrine maiden! Rental Magica has magic users of different religions (including a girl who's supposed to be descended from King Solomon and use the same type of magic as him) working together. Ghost Hunt has a Roman Catholic priest (who looks about 10) and several types of mediums working together. I'm not sure most Catholics would be comfortable with this.

Japan has done anime based on Bible stories, they were called Superbook and Flying House, so they have done it and have been respectful toward the source material. To them Christianity is just another religion, but they have been respectful toward it but they don't have to believe it to make an anime about it.

As long as it will be presented in a decent manner and nothing against the image of God, then that would be fine. We should respect the image of God in every way we can like we respect our self and other. Have a nice day!

I haven't seen or heard about this anime. I saw a comic book before which is from the Philippines about Jesus. The drawing is very good, it is like a manga. I'm proud that Filipinos made this comic book.

I don't know how the Japanese producers will treat this anime, Jesus style since Japan isn't exactly a Christian country but adopts and do the popular Christian practices. I just hope they don't do something that will irate the Vatican becuase the Japanese will not apologize on what they will depict in this anime. I think this anime will somehow brush the wrong way with some conservative Roman Catholics. The Japanese are bound to change something becuase it won't be marketable if they sell it the same way the Bible depicts it. I am interested in seeing this anime but I hope that both sides and parties know what exactly they are doing.

I have never seen it and would be a bit interesting if it is televised internationally. I hope that it does not force religion too much. There are seemingly off tales that make wonderful animations. Liberty Kids was about the founding of the USA and was quite entertaining. Also there is a manga names Mein Kampf

If the purpose of this Jesus Christ anime is to propagate christianity for a cause, it is still wrong. I think the makers of this anime should respect the belief of one's religion. It is not just a question of games to increase sale but it is more on the awareness and sensitivity.
