I think I already Lost It!

Every thing happens for a reason and in every situation I am into I learn something, I think they are really not satisfied and thought their kind of appraisal is not worth of the job I do, that's what in their mind I know, but the job I give and the level of their standards in evaluating a job is not based on performance, it's in credentials, that's the reason i know they see me useless. I also thought if this will happened they should have not hired me at all... but in any case I am still trying, and lessen my expectation in their appraisal and wait for my expiration date.

My boyfriend told me that I should resign next year and find another job, I just do not know how to explain t to my boss, or will he ever understand what is "burn out". and i am afraid he will, since i still do not have options to go, because I still need this job, i think this, kind of part times could help me out find another, but i think after this either it will end soon or later I will not get any boss but myself haha, I just need some good sites who will really pay me:)

You have a very good heart Jelminrie. Despite of the negative things that you faced from your current job, you are still willing to stay and work with your teammates and manager because of your kind heart and care for them. Even though others may not be able to see how generous you are as an employer, one thing for sure, GOD will really bless you for your unselfish love and support for your company. Yes Jelminrie, I did pray for you last night and I will always continue to pray for you. I believe that prayer is a way that we can talk to GOD and ask for some help and guidance and I have a great faith in GOD that he will hear all our sentiments in life. Like your loved ones do, I will also be here to support you and I hope that you will be able to overcome these challenges and trials in your life. HI, Thank you, I appreciate it a lot, this day i did not think of that, I just focused to God and leave to Him everything, He is much able to do things for me, :), I am glad you are a good friend here in myLot. Hi braveheart, A lot of thanks I hope you have prayed for me last night, I had troubles falling asleep, i read your comment last night but not able to answer, my internet connection expired, anyways,I do see it as a trial and I know will over come this with the help of God as he always do. God is so sufficient ans faithful to me, as I typed my answer to you, I realized He's being with me for almost 3 and 1/2 years of my stay here, I don't even want to be in this company, because of the feedbacks of others worked n here, and the last person whom i replaced, the last person who stayed in this position is a friend of mine and I know the negatives she got in here, that's why I really do not like to apply for this job before, I am the 7th in this position and I think the longest person who stayed here was the the first person who attended this position and the last before me, gladly I beat the record of her stay for 2 1/2 years, and that's how God sustains my strength and renew my Spirit in this job. God did not stop being with me I know, I just felt I am human and has limitations, I still asked for his guidance over and over but seems He still want me to stay, and I can't just leave the job for so many reasons,On my first month through the years I really wanted to leave this, but I am still saying that until now, and I can't get out, maybe because I love my team, and this helps me, financially and deeper reasons: I think my heart can not contain to leave my manager and get back from the start of hiring through training and etc. And almost everyone do that to him and i know he feels pain because of that, He is alone and old and his family is residing outside of the country and has a lot of burdens, so if i am going to leave him because of this reason, I know he will feel so bad, with any other valuable reason maybe, or I'll just add more patience n my cup even though it's spilling already. On the other hand I am considering any other job just in case I can't really stand it anymore, and when God says I should go, For now I think, I just have to pray hard I guess to be renewed and recharged.:) It's hard to fight this thing :) Thank You

Hi, Thanks you are right, every thing you said are true, but it is just so hard for me to go and leave. I love the people here. I am praying for the right time, and I hope it will be soon and not so hard for all of us. Now I am just doing what I know still is best though so hard.

Hi, Thanks, yes they are threatened and insecure, I know had built a skill of ignoring them, but the more I do, the deeper they insult me, they use my credentials, not my performance. I do not have advanced education like them, who graduated masters etc. in a prestigious schools that's why they can make my manager believe i am not doing any job.Still trying to cope.

Working relationship is essential in a job, so when we loose it we also loose the energy to work, who wants to go to work when you see frowning face, but mine they're all lovely, but some people...

I do both garson sometimes i work on independently depending on what task i have but sometimes I have to collaborate with others so i can finish my task.

There are just employees who are not really "seen" in a company, lets just cheer our selves up, and think we are a hero in the company, giving more receiving less,and the can't be successful without us, so if we demand our standards they will be broke so they owe us big things hehe, just kidding, i want to make you smile, anyway the bible says it's better to give than to receive, i just thought of it, I do not like to add charcoal on our burning problem with our job, this time I wanted also to inspire you just all these who gave their comments do, Lets cheer up and think OUR REWARD IS IN HEAVEN,and its BIG, MANY, AND OVER FLOWING, in time, we will receive our GOLD REWARDS.:)

I understand you, but for my personal ordeal, I have the right to choose if I still stay or not. I think almost 3 years is enough, I've even give up my health just to conform with my job. I work to live and to learn, I've learned good and know I need to think of my future that I cannot get from here. I wanted to save money, I need to have healthcard, everybody needs it which is lack in our office. I will try to search for other opportunities, if God's will I will pursue it, if not I will just accept my faith on continue working here and pray for the better.

Hi, Just like other's have said, if you can't stand the pressure anymore and the job doesn't bless you as well, let's look for another one and you're right let us not leave without sure job to go..God will help us for sure

maybe you should be looking for another company. be careful though, because what you have left, you may also get into in your new company.

Yeah, that's true!Other employees do not know how to feel for their employees, they only wanted the good reputation out of your job, but your efforts are not acknowledged.

Hi, I think so this is a burn out syndrome, but I do not like to claim it as it is a psychological problem, I will just ask God about it, honestly I am afraid of doctors. I'll change my job and maybe just work for myself too, I'm planning to put up a small business after my contract in here, but I guess that is 6 six more years to go..:(
