Im tryng many times to get job online.. Some of them have fees..
and refering friends

Hi, if any website offering online jobs asks you to pay fees, just close that site and look for another one! A job is where you work and they pay you money. It is not a school where you pay money to get admission.
Also there are sites promoting writing jobs. Some of them ask you to send a writing sample and then they tell you if you are suitable for the online writing job, Most of the times they reject people saying the writing sample was not good enough. But, in actual they are happy with your 'FREE' write up for them!! That's how they collect articles and sell them and make money. And you, you get nothing but disappointment. Beware!!
Even if you refer friends, they would do the same to your friends!!
I would suggest you first meet up with people in that company and then offer to work online for them. It is difficult to trust people or companies you haven't even seen!

try teletech and West at Home - both hire customer service agents to work from their homes. I think they start around 10 dollars per hour.
