Our pet Cockatiel is sick

He was lying on the floor of the cage. I thought he had died but he was still breathing. He was very cold. I held him and brought him into the warmth and have placed him in a box with old rags for comfort... He is better than when I first found him four hours ago. It is bedtime for us now so I'm hoping he will be ok and not die over night... He is such a cool bird he sings and talks... He was given to us by a friend.. The kids absolutely love him. My daughter cried, she doesn't want him to die. She loves him so much..... So do we all...
