Steaming is the best way to cook vegetables and or even fruits.

Nutrition is a must, thus different ways or techniques are used in cooking.
For me best thing do to gain nutritious food is by steaming in cooking.
Not all foods are cooked by oils, boiled with water, grilled, etc.
One best thing is steaming because the heat produced together with oxygen will open the pores and let it accumulate inside the food thus bacteria are killed in the outside and the good bacteria remains inside. And it also preserves the natural taste and eventually remain the exact taste of a food. It's also natural way in cooking with no reduction or elements used like vinegar, oil, etc.
Soon to discover the proper way and desired skills the nature of steaming in our food. Defy the odds and acquire uknowledge in cooking.....
Soon I'll post the further information about cooking techniques in steaming combination with other styles in cooking.....

Marinating foods are good. But for me it lessen the nutritional value of the food. I prefer naturaly steamed. But still I cook meats marinated, hehe. Steaming vegetables still the best for me.

Yes, it is healthy to eat steam food. Actually, most of the time i like to eat steam food as well. Even my family loves to eat steam meat or egg, during weekends. When i was in hurry, sometimes i steam my food as it is more convenience to prepare the food. Hope to see you discuss more about cooking soon.
