Which is the priority, rescuing the survivors of the bullet train accident or restoring the railway traffic as soon as possible? Obviously those officials have different views from the public. They don't have the feeling as those relatives of victims and survivors because their spouse and children have already migrated to those developed countries which they think are safe, and they will reunite with their families after they collect enough money, leaving this dangerous and polluted country to those helpless ordinary people.
