what kinds of things do you usually do in your birthday?

I will give dinner to my closest friends, spend a day with my girlfriend and take all the gift from my friends and family. :)

I think my opinion will be different from what you want to hear. When I was a child my family was very poor and they had no money for celebrating birthday of my brother and mine. As I'm adult I don't celebrate my birthday because I have no need. However I do celebrate birthday of my partner and always sending card to members of my family if they have birthday or when they celebrating any other occasion.

My birthday is tomorrow. I just plan a relaxing me day and either dinner out or go see a movie. We usually don't see a movie on weekends. Wait til the crowds are over with. I am hoping to get a certain type of craft lamp that would greatly aid me with my cross stitch that I work on. I have a couple of cross stitch patterns I would like to get so maybe that will be what I do.

I would usually start my birthday by waking up early and going to church. I thank him for the blessings i received for the past years and to bless me again for more years to come. I also light a candle for a wish. Then, the usual, some long foods (to denote long life )for the family to partake. I suppose, in a birthday party, you can have a disco or a videoke.

hi summer happy birthday and welcome to mylot. the things that i do when its my birthday is spend it with my family and friends. a noon, we go to the church first and then to the mall for a little stroll then after that, we go home and continue our little celebration

Hubby is really nice, usually I get presents, I eat out, have a little spoiled day.

I go to church and pray to God for giving me another year. I also pray for more years ahead. Of course, the cake,drinks,chicken and friends including relations are always part of the whole show.

Well first of all a very happy birthday. May this year brings happiness and satisfaction to you. Normally we celebrate this day in so many special way but i have a different opinion. you must celebrate it yes you must. but you must take some time out of the day to visit or at least remember the people because of whom you can celebrate this day, yes your parents and specially your mother. This is also my birthday month . I filed a week vacation leave to spend my birthday with my family. I invited my friends in our house. we rented a karaoke machine and we sing, dance and drink. It was fun! it was really fun spending birthday!!

Happy Birthday !!! I usually eat out with my husband or the family on my birthday... When I was still single my mom would always cook for me and I would call my friends and we will celebrate at our house. I dont really do so much. I just want that day pass with people I love...

Happy bday to you my friend. I dont usually celebrate my birthday. lol But sometimes when I celebrate it I just treat my friend. and sometimes I prepare some meals in our home. And do some sing-along at night.

i go to church together with my family and special someone. invite my friends for dinner outside and celebrate together with my family and have a little party. and my most favorite part of my birthday is receiving gifts and bonding moments with my family and loved ones

Happy Birthday to you Iamsummer, The most important thing I usually do during my birthday is going to church. As this is the first activity of the day whenever my birthday comes. Then, there is no plan at all. It just depend on who I am with and where I am. If I am with my family, we usually eat and dine out on a grilled restaurant. After dining out, we will just go home and relax. And if I am with my bestfriend, we also dine out and eat but in just a simple pizza store then take some coffee then do a little of malling.

YOu are quite right. A birthday is actually just another normal day. I think birthdays nowadays are quite over-rated. However, come to think of it, our birthday isn't it just another day to pass? However, we do need to be happy about it but there's nothing really much to celebrate because there are so many yeas that we have to celebrate our birthdays. I think the only difference we make is who we are spending our birthdays with. We should spend it wtih our loved ones to make it a special day

It is always a special day because I have all the people I love most around me! Usually we just go out for a nice lunch or dinner together and we share love, laughter and presents! Love my birthday. LoL I have to say..my birthday is the usual too..except I ensure that the 'Day' time is spent differently each year..for example going movies, gathering in a park/venue for a BBQ.. the evening of my birthday is ALWAYS the same.. hi iamsummer!!! :D greetings of happy birthday to you! During my birthdays, I would receive a lot of text messages/birthday greetings from friends and relatives. I usually go to church for thanksgiving, prepare delicious foods enough for family and close friends and share chitchats and laughter. Of course I always received that pretty bouquet of flowers from my boyfriend and gifts from friends. Pretty simple but that means already a lot to me. Having my loved ones during this day makes my birthday complete. :D
