So i woke up this morning and thought about that one question probably for a solid hour and a half straight, and i've come to realize "if" the world will even be here in 100 years (2012 Doomsday, Which is strongly don't believe in :) ) and if it is still here, what our economy, people, houses, cars, weather, market, will act/look/be like? Do you imagine floating cars everywhere with high-end technology equipment that makes the average cost of bread $200? Or do you see something else? The solution to Global Warming, Cancer, AIDS?
Please give any input that you feel necessary, I would really like to see what you think :)

I think the world will become super high tech, but it will include some of the basic ideas that we use today. The same ones we have had in the past too. I'm sure they will have a way of increasing food product. I hope everything doesn't become too expensive. They will need to keep the economy in balance. I also think there will be a new way of transportation. A system that drives itself so we don't get hurt. When I say drive, that doesn't mean it will be a car. It will simply run itself. I think Global Warming might get reduced, but not stop. They might find some new cures for diseases, but then we will have created new diseases without cures. I can't wait to see what it will be like. Hopefully they can increase our life span too.

I second your statement for the fact that we will be creating diseases we won't have cures to. Although I don't think our life span should be increased, I think the healthiness in our bodies should be improved instead. I mean, who wants to live to be 120 with saggy skin and the strength of a fly?
I'd rather look 20 when i'm really 40 or 50... :)

If 2012 turns out to be true then ... the will be no world !!!!!!! but if not i think the technology will be so advanced and that we will virtually live in the web not only surf it using a computer . Or we will become like matrix living in a virtual reality an believing its real while machines control what we do and how we think , hope this never happens :P

yes i can see that happening...
I mostly believe the people our selves are the ones that are going to be destorying ourselves. We're constantly finding easier ways to live ( in other terms, lazier ;) ) and they make more money off it and we gain more weight.
I wish to recall before we had tv, internet, smartphones, anything. Wish I was born in that generation, but then again, not really cause I probably would of been drafted into the World Wars :)
