What's different on a Mac?

I have used Windows systems all my life but I was also always curious about the Mac. I have never had a chance to try that out though, so can I ask what the differences are? Is it difficult to learn and get used to? Would you please tell me about your experiences? Thanks a lot!

I don't have many experience with Mac, all I can say is that it has different appearance and layout, things are organized in a different way. Also there are differences in the way the programs run, cause not all programs that are running on Windows will run on Mac. Some people say that there are fewer viruses threatening Mac, but I am not sure about that fact.

They say Mac is user-friendly and has a more gorgeous interface but I'm not sure. I guess the best thing to go about this is to try it yourself.
