Aww that sucks but I can tell you I know the feeling totally! Some of my jeans that I wore what feels like just a few months ago are getting tight around the hips...Agh....

I think that having a healthy diet might certainly help you. It can never hurt to have a healthy diet. It can help you in different ways. Staying active is another good thing to keep in mind. Just some ideas.

Oh don't let that get you down. Take it as a positive sign that you know you can do something about your body when you try too. I think it's important to know that our efforts are making a difference and if your clothes don't fit again then it means you have slacked off and are not giving your best effort to your weight loss. Put aside a little more time each day for exercising and watch your portion sizes and fat content. Eat when you are hungry and not bored or just like the food.

Try as much as possible to eat well-balanced meals. Things that aren't too high in fat and sugar. Keep carbs like rice, potatoes, french fries, etc. very few. Eat high fiber food. Oatmeal, salads, even protein is very good for you, it'll give you energy to get through the day with your little one. Also drink only water. If you drink any soda or juices cut that out of your diet. You can do at home exercises like lounges across your living room or if you have stairs walk up and down a certain amount of times a day.
