how to managed anxiety attacks?

hiiii lottersz mah story is that i get really bad anxiety attack everydayy and honestly i dnt knw how to maintain mah anxiety! so mah question is how can yuh maintain and managed anxiety attacks? no matta where i qo on busses cars and on trains i get so hot and mah heart starts racinqq and jus bein around alot of pplz make me feel like the walls are closinqq in on me. so i tried everythin includinqq calminqq down n countinqq to 10 but dhat doesnt help.

I was having anxiety attacks while my doctor was making sure it was not my heart. Had to wear a heart monitor for 3 days. nothing showed up. I was talking to my girlfriend and telling her how I felt and she had said I had been through so much stress in my life that I was having anxiety attacks. I made an appt to see my doctor and he prescribed .025mg of Zanax. It is the lightest dose but I don't feel like there is a brick on my chest anymore and can't breathe. I would suggest you to see your doctor and maybe he can give you something for you too depending on what meds you might be taking already. good Luck its a horrible feeling I know.

awwwwwwwww im sorry to hear tha hun! ik ive been qoin to mental health but they wanna stick me with meds but i have an issues with meds..... but mah anxiety got really worst with all these stress i have n qoin thru! but im learnin to control it lil by lil thanks so much hun.

i take .5 mg of Xanax 3 times a day because of how bad my panic attacks got, i had to drop out of school and get my GED because i couldnt be around the people. first you need to try and figure out what causes them, if its people, what is it about the people? i had my first when i was at a fair one year, i started to feel sick to my stomach and then i went into a panic attack and ended up passing out, the emts thought i was having a heart attack. i started seeing my doctor and found out it was really panic attacks. i have a severe fear of getting sick around people because i do get sick alot. school was impossible for me because if i had a panic attack in school they had me arrested. eventually i just gave up on going and dropped out. i usually lay on my stomich with some music playing and tell myself over and over that im just fine, that i wont die, and ect. if it doesnt work then i take my xanax. you should talk to your doctor and find out if he can perscribe you anything to help with the attacks, and in the meantime try and find the cause of them
