I am an accounting graduate diploma 3. Completed approximately 2 years and 8 months.
eager to continue to pursue higher education as a Bachelor's degree in accounting but it takes a long time that is 2 years.
I now have to work while still under contract.
i went back to college even if i do not necessarilly get better jobs.
How do you think, what should i do first?

In my opinion, you should aim for a higher education so you could get jobs with higher position. If you can work while studying, then it wouldn't be much a bother.
I salute people who work their way to college and you are one of them.
